Tile goes in

SClarkson-Tile1

Eli has been working on the tile install for the last few days.  We’ve had to make some adjustments to get the optimal placement of “whole” tiles, but it’s coming together fairly well.

Tile can be unforgiving when it comes to anything out of plumb or not level!  The grout will camouflage some things, but not all.

Hello:

We are intrigued by the rectangular tiles around the bath tub.
Could you please tell us about the source/supplier of these tiles?

Also the make/model and supplier of your ceiling fans please?

Again very much appreciate the effort and resources you folks have put into sharing your project details with the rest of us.

Hi Ahmed,

The tile used for the bath surround is called Lea Cermiche in Gesso Mood, 4 x 16, purchased at CAPCO in Denver. Stock tile. Cheap- not the best tile because there was a bit of variation in the sizes which shows more when you stack them like we did. If you stagger the tiles, then its not as big an issue. However, I highly recommend CAPCO AND Broadway Tile for their great selections.

The fans are from Modern Fan Company. The model is the Cirrus, no lights, 42 blades. You can custom build the fans. LOVE them!
